1. Once the email is received, a quote of the total sale will be sent to you for confirmation.
2. Upon confirmation of purchase, we will send you an invoice together with payment details. Please pay within the next 24 hours (give and take!).
3. Email us back with some proof of payment (e-banking receipts).
4. When we have confirmed payment is received we will ship out the goods within the next 24 hours and inform you that your newest purchases are on their way!

2. All sales are final, items sold will not be exchanged, returned or refunded, sorry! If you have any questions about an item, please ask first to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfactions. All items would have been thoroughly checked before being sent out.

4. Additional photo and/or measurement requests will be available upon request only. We will do our very best to take clear pictures of the item. ;)
5. Pos Laju services will be used. Postage for 1st item is RM6 (WM), RM7 (EM), and additional RM1 is charged for subsequent item. For items that are heavier, additional RM1 will be charged. Postage is free for purchases above RM200!! (Within Malaysia only, of course)
