What Happens Next?
1. Once the email is received, a quote of the total sale will be sent to you for confirmation.
2. Upon confirmation of purchase, we will send you an invoice together with payment details. Please pay within the next 24 hours (give and take!).
3. Email us back with some proof of payment (e-banking receipts).
4. When we have confirmed payment is received we will ship out the goods within the next 24 hours and inform you that your newest purchases are on their way!

3. Emails will be checked daily, so please be confident that your emails will be read and replied. If you do not get an answer within the next 24 hours of sending the email, please do send it again to dollyscloset@gmail.com
4. Additional photo and/or measurement requests will be available upon request only. We will do our very best to take clear pictures of the item. ;)
5. Pos Laju services will be used. Postage for 1st item is RM6 (WM), RM7 (EM), and additional RM1 is charged for subsequent item. For items that are heavier, additional RM1 will be charged. Postage is free for purchases above RM200!! (Within Malaysia only, of course)
6. We do believe in good customer service and will try our very best in giving you a good shopping experience.
