This dress reminds us of a kite, of fun, of freedom! It's really an extended sleeve which you can fold down a little if you're not sure about it standing stiff.

We, on the other hand, think it's trés chic! Wear this and you'll still be able to sport the puffed sleeve look without the shoulder pads. You could also use a simple clinch to add in colours to this dress, long necklaces are great on this dress too!
